I would like to give Ashley a huge SHOUT OUT for her knowledge, professionalism, kindness, patience and understanding. She is an asset to the Hawaiian Holiday Tanning & Wellness Spa organization. She is always considerate and sensitive to my needs. It is indeed a pleasure to talk with her when I have questions. Please share my review with Ashley and let her know she is appreciated. Thank you!

Erin is amazing! I went in to the Guilderland location this morning not knowing anything about the services offered. Erin thoroughly explained EVERYTHING from pricing to what exactly each service is, I left with a monthly package and a new friend! I absolutely will be recommending friends and family to this location not only for what they offer but especially because of the wonderful customer service I received. Erin is an absolute asset to the company and I cannot wait to continue my wellness journey at Hawaiian Holiday Tan!!!

This place does not give detail about the plans they offer for their beds. Little did I know paying 20$ for the rest of the month won’t let me cancel until I go through ANOTHER billing cycle at 80$ a MONTH!!! I was told I needed to go through the billing cycle to cancel. Not the rest of the month- AND MARCH!! Will not be returning and have put in a note to corporate in regards.
